How do I know if a 'universal' sensor will work on my car?

Manufacturers should have an app chart/ part lookup on their website. you can also try looking at showmetheparts.com or other websites that hold more than one manufacturers information.

Schrader's EZ sensor and VDO's REDI sensors are the largest universal sensors in the market. Both cover approximately 85% of the vehicles on the road today, so chances are that you'll be able to use either. If you go to the site of our sponsors like TPMS.com, you can do a search for your vehicle and see what is available as well.
