ShopTPMS is proud to announce that we will now be offering training for your organization. Having worked with all the major manufacturers, we are able to bring you the industry’s most comprehensive learning program available. The training sessions will cover use of all brands of diagnostic tools for scanning and programming as well as a general overview of the tire pressure monitoring system. Course materials will cover the basics of scanning a vehicle in the bay, cloning/programming blank sensors and utilizing service kits for specific applications. We will also cover identifying and troubleshooting issues should they arise.
Our course will educate technicians with the knowledge they need to be able to service all types of makes and models. TPMS training is one of the most important NEW resources that a repair or tire shop can do! In return, it will help streamline the customers experience and help your bottom line. Keeping the customer informed on what their vehicle requires is a MUST and will only help drive up sales by creating repeat customers along with positive word-of-mouth reviews.
ShopTPMS will be offering our training in three different forms to best suit your needs:
Classroom:
Live training with professional training staff in house at our location(s). Students will get hands-on training with in the field professional tools and parts. An introduction to protocols and procedures relating to TPMS will be demonstrated as well.
Live Online:
If you are not local to one of our locations, then our newest innovation is our live online class format. Here, participants can experience our training session via a webcast. Our trainers will schedule a time to train one or all of your staff at once with this format. The trainer will be able to handle questions and give real-time feedback along with providing live video tutorials of tools and processes. This is most convenient for shops that cannot send their staff out to training or may have geographic limitations.
Training DVD:
ShopTPMS will be also offering our training package as a DVD. This is an economical way to introduce new employees and those who may need further training, a short yet comprehensive guide to TPMS and tools.
