Land Rovers are auto relearn vehicles. Install the new sensors, inflate tires according to your tire placard, and drive the car at speeds above 12MPH for 15-20 minutes and the light should shut off.

Do the new sensors need to be woken up before you take it for the drive? How are they woken up? Do you need a special tool or are they ready to go right out of the box?

The sensors should activate on their own once they are pressurized in the tire.

Confirmed that this worked. I bought the TPMS sensor from Land Rover and got a local shop to install for $10. After about 10 mins of driving the Error went away.
