The tpms light on the wife's Outlook won't go away. What could be the cause?

Is the light flashing or solid? If the light is solid, it means there is too much or too little air in one or more of the tires. If it is flashing, it means that there is a TPM system malfunction, which usually means there is a dead sensor.
