2013 F150 TPMS Sensor Help

I recently picked up a set of new sensors by Schrader for the my 2013 F150 for my new wheels & tires. I followed the reset procedure in the manual to the letter 5 times and could not get the system to reset. I put my original wheels back on and the tpms light went away. I then tried on my new wheels again and the system reset did not work. What is going on?

If the old sensors were still working, then the relearn procedure was probably unsuccessful. How were you reseting the system?
