    Volvo C30 2009 - broken valve stem

Is it possible to replace just the threaded valve stem? (and the service kit, I imagine)
(I saw where someone had done that on their Mazda.)
    Thank you!

    Hey Glenn,

Your Volvo should use a TG1C style sensor:

for which you can change out the valve stem:

    and the service kit separately:

Thank you Albert, but the photo of the valve stem does not show a hole for the tiny screw that connects the lead from the sensor electronics...
Is the screw hole on the other side of the base, or is the screw / lead unnecessary (which seems unlikely)?
    Thank you!

I believe all the late model Volvo's used the TG1C type sensor, older vehicles may have used the Siemens sensor pictured below:

The Siemens sensor (now discontinued) had a stem that used a strap attachment for the antenna, however these stems are not replaceable.

    That's it - Very helpful!
Thank you for nailing it so I don't head down a rat hole - I bit the bullet and ordered a whole new sensor...
